Due to the custom nature of web development services, refunds are not available after design, development, or implementation work has begun.

Client Responsibilities

Revisions & Support

Subscription or Maintenance Services

Monthly maintenance, hosting, SEO, or support services may be canceled with prior written notice. Refunds are not provided for completed service periods.

Chargebacks

Clients agree to contact SMART SYSTEMS LLC directly regarding any billing concerns before initiating chargebacks or payment disputes.
